One of Joshie's favourite activity each time we go back to KL - feeding the fishes!We have a 6-feet deep fish pond in our KL house. Yes, you read me right, 6 feet deep!!!!! When we were in the midst of renovation, there was a "war" between my FIL and us (me, hubby and MIL)! No matter how we opposed, he was adamant that he wanted a 6-feet deep fish pond. We were suggesting 3-4 feet deep but he said NO! He said he has consulted the relevant "fish people" and was told that the deeper the pond, the bigger the fish will grow! So end result is, we lost! Even though it is 3 versus 1!!!!!
Several months ago, the fish pond went through a "facelift"! Haha......FIL changed the tiles which were quite hard to maintain and also fixed glass doors around the pond. Glass doors is for safety reason, so that my little cheeky wouldn't jump/accidentally fall into the pool.
Each time we are back, FIL would bring Joshie to the fish pond. Joshie loves looking at the fishes, and feeding them. I think the fishes would grow really fat if we were to stay in KL long term.
wow, 6ft is really deep... can rear some of those 'foot spa' fish, and you can go back and do 'fish foot spa'... :p

ReplyDeleteCynthia, my FIL will pengsan if any of us dip our feet into his beloved fish pond! Barb, I think there are 20 over fishes in the pond!
