Pasta with Philadelphia Tomato Sauce

Cooked this a couple of days ago for Joshie and he loves it. The sauce looks whitish because of the cream cheese. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
1/2 onion, chopped finely
2 tablespoons of celery, chopped finely
1 clove garlic
80-100g beef, minced (i blended my beef in the food processor)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 medium tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp tomato puree/ketchup
a pinch of mixed herbs
2 tbsp Philadephia cream cheese
1-2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
6 tbsps cooked pasta

Method:
Saute the onion and garlic in oil until softened. Add in celery, followed by the beef. Stir fry until beef is nearly cooked then add tomatoes, tomato puree, herbs and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and grated parmesan. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta.

This makes 3 portions of pasta for Joshie. I would freeze it when it has cooled down.
